  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
